On the first and second weekend in October, (3, 4 and 9, 10-11 Oct. 2020) a longer series of teachings with Khenpo Karma Wangyel on the text “Treasury of Precious Qualities (Yönten Dzö)” by Vidyadhara Jigme Lingpa will begin.

Khenpola will also give the lung to the text in several sections.

The Yönten Dzö was written by the great Tertön and Vidyadhara Jigme Lingpa (1730-1798) and is characterised by a systematic and condensed presentation from the perspective of the Nyingma School of the entire path of liberation, from Shravakayana to the unsurpassed Dzogchen Ati Yoga.

The work begins with the Sutrayana, the exoteric vehicle with its three levels of Shravakas (listeners), Pratyekabuddhas (individual awakened beings) and Bodhisattvas (enlightenment beings), and in this context deals with the fundamental teachings underlying the entire Dharma.

The second part of the work deals with the teachings of Vajrayana, the esoteric diamond vehicle, which takes the result of liberation itself as a path and in turn divides itself into the outer and inner Tantras, which are considered the four classes of Tantrayana.

Jigme Lingpa also teaches the practice of Great Perfection in its entirety.

The text is ideally suited to the modern and fast-moving age because it is a self-contained text that allows for the study of all the important aspects of each vehicle and ultimately leads to full enlightenment.

Because of its comprehensive and exhaustive presentation of the entire path, the work is therefore suitable not only for experienced students who are already familiar with the highest practices. It is also suitable for new students who wish to devote themselves to this path.

In case you miss a transmission of a teaching:
The audio recording of each teaching session can be obtained on request and the session can be listened to afterwards.
The only requirement is that you have the lung for it.
Therefore we will do our best to organise a zoom conference from time to time, where Khenpola will give the lung for the text again.
